I tried to register for U.K. Daily Mail online so that I could submit comments under “jewamongyou”. It turns out that not only can I not use “jewamongyou” as a handle, but the name of my city is also not allowed. See for yourself:
In case you were wondering, typing “Beaverton” with a capital B makes no difference.

Anti-semitic faggots!
I imagine the Daily Mail attracts people who don’t like Jews and may be tempted to have mocking names.
As for the beaver thing, that’s a fucking joke considering that the Mail’s main out put is girls in bikinis/tight dresses. It gives you an insight into their weird morality, where it’s ok to be bitingly cruel about women’s half naked bodies but mentioning silly teenage slang for vagina is going too far.
There is no consistency.

Maybe you should say you live in Otterton…

The banned word could actually be “mong” – a derogatory term for people with Down’s Syndrome.
Still, the beaverton ban is simply ridiculous, so I wouldn’t put it past them banning “jew” either.
